WEEKEND AND HOLIDAYS:
Please note that all cabins are $10 more per night on weekends and holidays
Occupancy
The number of people staying in a cabin is limited to the number of beds.
Queen & King = 2; Double = 2; Twin = 1
SHORT TERM RENTAL OPTIONS:
Stay one week and pay for only 5 nights. Stay the second week
and pay for only 4.5 nights that week.
Stay a third week and pay for only 4 nights that week. Stay for the
fourth week and pay for 3.5 nights.
That is a 50% discount off our nightly rate. Sales and occupancy tax
of 11% still applies.
LONG TERM RENTAL OPTIONS:
The monthly rate is the daily rate for 17 days.
An NC Vacation Rental Agreement needs to be complete for nonbusiness
customer.
11% tax still applies.
The three month rate is the daily rate for 11 days each month.
Security deposit of 50% of monthly rent plus a 3 month NC lease agreement
is required.
Taxes and occupancy fees are NOT charged on leases of 90 days or more.
The longer you stay the less you pay per month!
